Carpentry Repair and Restore

​ This window sill had been chewed up and scratched by a naughty puppy. I repaired the damage, stripped, sanded, custom stained and finished it to match the existing finish.

Interior Refinishing and Remodeling

All of the trim and doors in this 1920’s house had been painted many, many times. The wood was stripped and refinished to it’s original beauty.  The walls had up to eight layers of wallpaper that we removed down to the original plaster, which was badly cracked. We patched the cracks and skim coated the walls and painted. Since the original baseboards and window trim had been replaced long ago with cheap modern molding we recreated the original tall baseboards and window trim to match the beautiful Crown molding which was hiding under all that paint. They don’t make them like this any more.

Deck Restoration and Staining

Breath new life into your old deck with a power wash and stain/seal coat application. We start out by power washing off years of grime and mildew. We then bleach the wood to kill all remaining mildew and to brighten the wood so it can look its best. Bleaching also opens up the pores of the wood so it will absorb the stain/sealer deep into the wood fibers. Finished with your stain of choice in this case Natural Cedar.

Our customer wanted access to the area behind their town home. We added stairs to a ground level deck that previously didn't have any making sure that it matched the original railing and posts.

Refreshing a Dated Look with Stain and Ceramic Tile

​We stripped the tongue and groove boards that were stained a dark color, hung new six panel doors and stained and finished them in a pickled white finish. We also replaced the old vinyl tile floor with beautiful ceramic tile wall to wall.This really helped brightened up a dark basement.

Updating a Basement

​Basement remodel. Note ceiling grids spray painted to avoid removing and replacing them. We will work with you to give you options to control costs on your project.

Privacy Fence Construction

​Removed old privacy fence, rebuilt and painted a new fence. We’re happy to do small as well as large jobs.

Bathroom Remodel

​Bathroom Remodel. Note tiling and trim work. We also built a glass block window to allow natural light through from the adjoining workshop window well.
